- The theme is health vital for each person, the state, society as a whole. A key indicator of the performance of the authorities, the health sector, of course, is the demographic situation. If the demographics are good, then the power in place works well. So today all the efforts invested to demographic indicators were at the level to grow the birth rate, to decrease mortality. This is very important. And to make it quite difficult, because you need to change the mentality of the population, approaches to the work of our medical community. Only together we can solve this problem, - said Rustem Khamitov.
In his speech, the Governor drew attention to the fact that human health is only half depends on the work of medical institutions, heredity or environment. And the remaining 50of interest is the case of man himself - how he lives, eats, his bad habits, physical shape, attitude to health.
Therefore, the important task now is to improve the culture of health care, education responsibility for their own health. In the Republic actively promotes a healthy lifestyle, attract people to regular physical training and sport, measures for improvement in the workforce, schools and universities.
- Among the acquired school the years of "gifts" the first in the list are just points. Even we are a generation that grew up with the book in his hands, and "four-eyes" among us was considered a lot of reading, had no such problems with vision, as the youth of today: computers, gadgets, reading screens, - said Rustem Khamitov. - Fatigue, beginning with high school, then moves on into adulthood, and work ophthalmologists added. Strain on the eyes every year only increases. Doctors are sounding the alarm - do not soon will people with twenty-twenty vision. The professional suitability of a growing number of workers will be severely limited. We can say that vision pathology is payback for the blessings of civilization.
