The session was opened by the keynote address by Professor Malyugin B. E., devoted to the peculiarities of cataract surgery in patients with pathology of the endothelium. The report presents the relevance of the surgical technique of cataract extraction in patients with concomitant pathology of the cornea, the results of the operations.

Prof. Moroz Z. I. , presented the keynote address dedicated to the combination of intracta-maximum keratoplasty cross-linkinga of corneal collagen for treatment of keratoconus to improve the biomechanical properties of the cornea and improve functional results of surgical treatment.

Prof. Chentsova E. V. brought the results of surgery femtosecond laser assisted anterior lamellar keratoplasty in patients with superficial corneal opacities after burns.

Keynote Professor Bikbov: M. M. (Ufa) was sleeping on a distant rezultatami automated endo-teleley keratoplasty using the PocketMaker microkeratome (Austria). The report presents an analysis of clinical studies of the modification of this type of operation in patients with secondary bullous Kera-tapatia. Transparent engraftment was obtained in 92% of cases during the observation period of two years.

Prof. Borisenok S. A. in the program spoke about the history of Eye tissue Bank of the fgbi "IRTC "eye microsurgery" them. Acad. S. N. Over the years we have come a long scientific and practical path of development from the conservation lab tissue to the Ocular tissue Bank and laboratory of transplantation and cell biology at the Center of fundamental ophthalmology. Since 1995 Eye tissue Bank is a permanent full member of the European Association of eye banks (EEVA).

Belarusian society of ophthalmologists section submitted two reports: the report of the Professor of Sitnick G. V. (Minsk, Belarus) on the surgical treatment of severe purulent ulcers of the cornea, and the report of the incision because the author team is from Vitebsk and Minsk (Belarus) on the use of the method impressional Cytology in the diagnosis ofcorneal pathology.

A report from a group of authors from the Department of transplantation and optical-reconstructive surgery of the anterior segment of the eyeball IRTC "eye microsurgery" (Moscow) made km. n. Izmailov SAT., who told about the effectiveness of the secondary treatment of keratectasia after LASIK by using intrastromal-ing keratoplasty with implantation of corneal segments. The report was presented indications and contraindications to surgery, the technique of implantation of the segments, possible complications and their prevention, long-term results from the observation period to three years.

The report of Professor Anisimov COJ. (Moscow) told about modern aspects and long-term results technology local crosslinking in keratoconus and iatrogenic keratectasia.

Sinitsyn M. V. presented the report from the Cheboksary branch of fsbi MNTK "eye microsurgery" on the preliminary results of the application of femtosekundnogo in tristramella keratoplasty with implantation of the MyoRing rings with high myopia in combination with thin cornea.

Graduate Vlasov V. A. (Moscow) read an interesting report on the results of Bolanowska implantation of keratoprosthesis type 1 in the Department of transplantation and optical-reconstructive surgery of the anterior segment of the eyeball of the fgbi "IRTC "eye microsurgery".

Troychenko, L. F. (Odessa, Ukraine) in his report told about the peculiarities of the ratio of cells of the corneal epithelium and conjunctiva in reparations persistent epithelial defects and torpid corneal ulcers.

In his concluding remarks, Professor Malyugin B. E., thanked the speakers for interesting presentations that generated a lot of questions, and participants who attended the meetings section.
